世界中のステーキハウスを紹介する、世界の101のステーキレストランの日本のステーキハウスTop20に5位に選ばれました。 構想2年、牧場に足繁く通い実現させた世界初の近江牛の雌のTボーンステーキをメインに近江牛を使った様々な逸品を味わって頂けます。 皆様の目の前で１つ１つのお食事のご説明をし、作り上げて行きます。 お食事のスタートは17時半からと20時半からの完全2部制です。 禁酒法時代を思わせる店内は、話題のDIY集団『THE HIDEAWAY』Naoya作 別扉から入る、アンティークに囲まれた完全個室もございます。誕生日や記念日のお席にも We were ranked 5th in the Top 20 Japanese Steakhouses of the World's 101 Steak Restaurants, which introduces steakhouses from around the world.
