相撲界の湯どうふ 友綱部屋が発祥とされる湯どうふは、ちゃんこ鍋よりも古く、約400年前に大阪で生まれた郷土料理。その味を相撲界に広めたのが友綱部屋です。現在ではプロレス界にも受け継がれています。 当店は友綱部屋の跡地にあり、歴史と伝統を感じながら本場の湯どうふやちゃんこ鍋を味わっていただけます。高知県に縁が深い部屋らしく、名物「土佐のカツオのたたき」も人気。元力士の店長が腕をふるい、相撲界の裏話なども聞けるかも!? The Taste of Sumo Tradition Tomozuna Stable introduced Yudofu, a tofu hot pot from Osaka dating back over 400 years—older than Chanko Nabe. The dish later spread to the world of professional wrestling. Our restaurant stands on the former Tomozuna site, where you can enjoy authentic Yudofu and Chanko Nabe with a sense of history. We also serve Tosa-style seared bonito from Kochi, reflecting the stable’s roots. Dishes are prepared by a former sumo wrestler who may share some behind-the-scenes stories from the sumo world.
