This is a coffee stand and bakery where you can enjoy breakfast, a light lunch, or coffee time. They sell artisan breads that are handmade in their workshop using only flour harvested in Japan, their own cultured leaven, and whenever possible, organic ingredients, and are additive-free. Among the most popular are the sourdough bread, baguettes, croissants, and brioches. They also serve a monthly changing medium-dark roast coffee delivered from Cafe Kosen in Kyoto using a small but powerful espresso machine.
