CEDROS is a sea to table focused restaurant in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Our dishes are inspired by an extensive array of culinary influences from the southern west coast. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what's available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season.
Established in 2014 by two brothers Lui and Yui Shirako, our concept is inspired from our childhood memories growing up in San Diego, California. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a unique and intimate dining experience in a warm and relaxing environment.
