当店は、粕取焼酎と琉球泡盛古酒専門バーです。また、料理はせいろ蒸し料理を中心に酒粕を使った様々な料理を楽しむことができます。JAZZの流れる隠れ家的バーで新大久保の喧騒を忘れて、ゆっくりとお酒と料理をお楽しみください。 英語での会話を楽しみたい場合は、毎週月曜日、金曜日、土曜日がおすすめです。英語が堪能なソムリエが、お店におります。 Our bar specializes in Kasutori shochu and Ryukyu awamori aged sake. In addition, you can enjoy a variety of dishes using sake lees, with a focus on bamboo steamed dishes. Forget the hustle and bustle of Shin-Okubo at a hidden bar with jazz music and relax and enjoy drinks and food. If you would like to enjoy conversation in English, we recommend coming every Monday, Friday, and Saturday. We have a sommelier at the bar who is fluent in English.
