ドイツビールを飲むならココ！ 湘南台駅から徒歩1分のダイニングバー。 日本ではドイツ料理がスポットライトを浴びることが少ないと思った若いドイツ人。もっと気軽に自分たちの故郷の味を広めたい彼らは、2015年に、クラフトドイツビールが堪能でき、スタッフとすぐに仲良くなれ、友人の家に遊びにきたようなカジュアルビアダイニング『SCHMATZ』を立ち上げました。ここでしか飲むことのできないオリジナルビールや、ヨーロッパで人気のビールに合う進化系ドイツ料理、日本人にも身近な食材を使ったメニューなどご提供いたします。 Our shop is a 1-minute walk from Shonandai Station. Schmatz was founded in Tokyo by young Germans with the mission to share our country’s delicious German beers and local comfort foods with the world. We wanted to create modern restaurants where everyone is invited, feels at home and gets treated like family. The Schmatz experience is fun, flavorful and exciting. We brew our own German beers and cook German classics as well as Japanese dishes with a twist.
