シェフが毎日旬の食材を「おまかせ」スタイルで提供している串揚げ屋です。 An 'omakase' style Japanese kushiage restaurant, serving only top quality food prepared carefully by the same skilled chef every day. お飲み物が出ましたら、まず最初に２本の揚げたての串揚げをお出しします。次からは一本ずつお出しします。お腹が一杯になってきましたら次でストップしたいとシェフ・スタッフにお知らせください。最後の一本をお出ししてストップいたします。各々のタイミングでストップしていただいたり、一旦休憩してからまた再開したり、リピートで食べたいものを注文したり、も可能です。 After your drinks arrive, your first two perfectly deep fried skewers will be delivered to you. From then on, at a casual pace one skewer at a time will be delivered to you until you let the staff or chef know that you're getting full. Each person in your group can decide separately when they would like to make the next skewer their last, and they can rejoin or ask to repeat a previous skewer.
