この度、赤坂から銀座へ移転しリニューアルオープン致しました。店名のギリシャ語「アマラントス」は、再生や永続性を意味するアマランサスの花言葉に由来し、私の｛モダンとクラッシックの融合｝という料理哲学を象徴しているものになります。
店舗デザインは国内外で活躍するGLAMOROUS co.,ltd.森田恭通氏に内装設計を依頼し、私の店に対する想いを表現して頂き、他のどこにもない素晴らしい空間を作り上げて頂きました。
We are having a grand reopening now that we have newly relocated within Tokyo from Akasaka to Ginza.Our name, Amarantos, is Greek and related to amaranthus flowers, meaning renewal and permanence. It symbolizes my culinary philosophy of blending the modern and the classical.
To drive this occasion even further forward, I asked Yasumichi Morita of GLAMOROUS co.,ltd., who has been working successfully both in Japan and abroad, to design the interior.
